中文摘要:六氟化硫法是测量硫同位素组成的新方法。与传统的二氧化硫法相比,六氯化硫法有灵敏度高,准确度高,能同时测定扩δ33S、δ34S和δ36S的优越性。本文介绍了国内第一台同位素分析用的六氟化硫制样装置,并报导了对硫化银、黄铁矿、黄铜矿、陨硫铁、方铅矿和闪锌矿等天然硫化物用六氟化硫法进行硫同位素测定的结果。结果表明,我们的装置和方法达到了国际上现有的水平,并在操作的方便性、可靠性及样品适用范围方面有所改进。

A Study On Determining 33S/32S, 34S/32S And 36S/32S By SF6 Method
Abstract:The SF6 method, a newly-developed method for sulfur isotope determination, is superior to the traditional SO2 method in several aspects: much higher sensitivity, better precision and accuracy, and having the capacity of measuringδ33S andδ36S values in addition toδ34S value. In this study a SF6 preparation line was assembled and a series of investigations on SF6 method were accomplished in our laboratory. Starting from Ree's achievements, the SF6 method has been extended and improved in following aspects: (1) A series of modifications have been made on the GC separation section, the waste treating section and other parts, such as the joints of reaction vessels of the SF6 line, so that higher vacuum, better reliability and security, and easier operation can be achieved than before. (2) A detailed investigation on contamination components in the BrF5 reagent and in the produced SF6 was undertaken and a better understanding on the nature and characteristics of these contaminates was obtained. The knowledge acquired is very useful in improving the analytic results of the SF6 method. (3) In addition to preparing SF6 from Ag2S as Rees does, preparing SF6 directly from such sulfides as pyrite, troilite, chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite was experimentally conducted with satisfactory results obtined. Altogether 8 samples were analysed in this study, yielding 99 analytic results. The analytic precisions of δ33S andδ34S for 3 Ag2S samples are comparable to those obtained by Rees. The analytic precisions ofδ33S and δ34S for pyrite, troilite, chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite (one sample for each mineral) are as good as those for Ag2S, or even better. The analytic precisions ofδ33S andδ36S for two Ag2S samples are also comparable to those reported by Rees. Among 8 samples, 4 were previously analysed in the laboratory of Thode and Rees. They are S2 and S15Ag2S standards, Tao-13 galena and CDT. Theδ34S values of these 4 samples obtained this time are consistent with those got in the laboratory of Thode and Rees.
